Job Responsibilities

– Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished optical products.
– Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
– Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance (QA) procedures and documentation.
– Identify defects, record findings, and report issues to the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
– Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with operational and quality procedures.
– Work closely with production teams to prevent and resolve quality issues.
– Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
– Support internal audits and external customer audits.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of quality inspection areas.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
– At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control/QA (preferably in manufacturing).
– Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001) is a plus.
– Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
– Good attention to detail and accuracy.
– Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
