Job Description:

– Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and Cambodian GAAP.
– Tax Compliance: Compute taxes owed, prepare and file tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual), and liaise with the tax authorities to ensure timely payment and reporting.
– Budgeting & Forecasting: Analyze business trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to project future financial performance and advise management on cost-saving opportunities.
– Systems & Processes: Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls; ensure accurate data entry in QuickBooks and MS Office tools.
– Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects—system implementations, external audits, due diligence—as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting/finance role, preferably in Cambodia or ASEAN markets.
– Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Khmer, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), and English.
– Tax & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong grounding in Cambodian taxation and regulatory requirements.
– Technical Skills: Proficient with QuickBooks (or similar ERP), MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), Wor,d and PowerPoint.
– Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
