Assistant for the following work

1. Record and review all transactions;
2. Review revenue and expenditure transaction;
3. Review account payable and account receivable;
4. Prepare cash flows and cash requirement forecasting;
5. Perform monthly reconciliation of bank and cash;
6. Do inventory Analysis
7. Verify all documents;
8. Prepare the financial statements and reporting to management;
9. Ensure accurate, complete and timely month-end and year-end close
10. Maintain and monitor and control procedures in accordance with the Company’s procedures
11. Do Tax Declaration;
12. Other task assigned by Management Team.
13. Communication with Japanese headquarters and audit corporations
