How the Outsourcing Services Operate

Flow of using temporary staffing service

  1. Please use CDL’s recruitment service or please adopt your company. (When using the CDL service, we will support candidates’ search, resume sending, interview adjustment, and informal adjustment.)
  2. I will exchange a contract for this service. At the same time, we will sign an employment contract between the CDL and the prospective candidate.
  3. We will charge monthly dispatch service fee.
  4. As necessary, we will switch to renewal and scheduled dispatch.
