Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

*** To undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
*** Finding qualify candidates for the company based on recruitment plan

– Handle the whole process of recruitment and selection unit.
– Need to know how to recruit or head hunting oversea candidates.
– Manage hiring channels and source candidates, shortlist, and arrange interview with relevant person or department.
– Manage offer procedure and new join orientation procedure.
– Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
– Build and report on Monthly and annual hiring plans.
– Collaborate with hiring managers and other departments to set qualification criteria for future employees.
– Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (Junior, Senior and Executive).
– Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
– Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
– Following up staff probation.
– English must be fluent.
– Other work and tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirement:

– Bachelor or higher level of degree or diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or other relevant major is a plus.
– 3 years experience in relating field
– Female with Ethnic Chinese of Cambodian nationality or expat.
– Fluent Chinese and English business communication capability, both verbal and oral.
– Must be a good communicator, can understand others’ very well, also convey self-intention properly and accurately to others, both in written or oral.
– Convincing experience (3+ years) in Human Resource, Support and Admin, or Operation Functions.
– Patient, careful, and responsive working style. Good at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Skillful in multitask and time management.

​Working day is 8:40 am – 5:40pm, from Monday to Saturday haft day.
Holiday is following to company (International new year, Chinese new year, Khmer New year, Pchum Ben, and water festival day)
