JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Meeting Support Arrangement / Meeting Minute for Monthly Meeting
– Contract Grab / Apartment Contract/Canteen Contract
– Employee Card / Business Name Card
– Issue Parking Barcode / Issue Card access for GF office
– Business Trip Arrangement for Director / staff: Hotel, schedule, etc.
– Transportation Arrangement
– Stationery Purchasing / Drinking Water Arrangement for BO / Meeting
– Monthly Segment Grab / Monthly Smart Segment
– Meal Coupon Verification / Data Finger Print / Invoice
– Translate documents if needed
– Prepare Payment Request for any purchase of GA
– Support sites for Request stamp & sign for any documents
– Create email for new staff in / Check voice staffs (Soudan email) / Check safe box management record
– Make approval related to purchase item / contract renewal etc.
– Send document out (ADV, ADJ, other) / Letter / doc submission to GDT
– Yearly Patents Payment to GDT / Yearly File Annual Declaration to MOC
– Monthly Estimate expense ==> send to Account Department
– Control Grab (Admin)
– Prepare new sim card / terminate

Job Requirement

‐ Have experience in working as admin
‐ Having computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email)
‐ Prefer for good English skill
‐ A punctual person
‐ Provide fast support and good communication to all staff
‐ Corporate with team to perform the role well.

– WORKING PLACE: AEON Mall PHNOM PENH, 3rd Floor
– WORKING HOURS: Mon-Sat (2 times per month)
– Mon-Fri (8am-6pm), Sat (8am-12pm, twice per month)
