Tasks and Responsibilities

– Research local markets and identify specific customer targets for the provision on Records Management Services.
– Develop and implement a sales plan to penetrate targeted opportunities.
– Gain appointments and negotiate contracts for service provision.
– Service incoming inquiries for Records Management Services.
– Maintain regular contact with current customers in order to ascertain levels of satisfaction with current service.
– Identify opportunities for growth in the provision of Records Management and ancillary services (e.g. carton sales).
– Provide regular reports on current and planned activity.
– Identify and report development opportunities for the company in the provision of additional services (e.g. business moving; international relocations).
– Identify and implement, in conjunction with Operations Manager, service improvement opportunities.
– Respond to and analyze complaints originating from service provision.
– Back up coordination and administration as required
– Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the company’s stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach.
– Analyze customer feedback on service provision and identify new customer requirements.
– Formulate and present tenders
– Attend industry events and relevant networking events to develop relationships with potential clients
– Maintain a regular call cycle/follow up contact with potential and target corporate customers
– Develop strategies for major accounts including opportunities for sales growth and cross-selling of the company’s services.
– Ensure all existing accounts have routine reviews in accordance with the objectives of the Corporate Services program

– Cultural sensitivity and awareness
– At least 2 years’ experiences
– Bachelor’s Degree

– Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
