Job Description:

• Provide on the job training to the officer level
• Provide the effective solution to credit collection team based on previous experiences
• Conduct home/office/business visit for delinquent customer daily
• Motivate/negotiate/pressure to default customer for payment
• Corporate and discuss with Local authority for any solution of default customer
• Participate repossession team to execute repossess asset back
• Participate and discuss with committee of local authority complaint
• Update result of home/office/business visit daily into system (soft 4)
• Make sure updated data/information/result of visit is correct and on time
• Promote and build up the company image to all customers and business
• Provide on the job training about registration procedure to the officer
• Perform other jobs assigned by the supervisor and manager

Requirement:

– Degree: Bachelor degree in the field of Banking and Finance or related field in loans and credit experience
– Year of experience: 2 to 3 year experiences
– Business acumen
– Result oriented
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Great service mind and good team player
– Ability to work on multi-task and highly self-motivated
– Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet, email and research Analytical skill
– Good command in English
– Client and financial profiling skill
– Full spectrum of loans & credit technical skills

– Working hour is from 8 AM to 5 AM from Monday to Friday, one hour of lunch break (from 12PM to 1PM), and on Saturday half day (from 8AM to 12PM).
– National Holiday follows Cambodian Labor Law.
