JOB DESCRIPTION

– Provide guidance to customers on the facilities in the Mall and where they are
– Help lost children to find their way in safe manner
– Manage lending of character card and wheel chairs
– Recording and reporting the lost items of customer
– Receive, keep the found items and also return back to the owner of the lost item according to the policy and procedure of the Mall
– Collect feedback from customer and client and report to supervisor
– Helping customers to follow evacuation procedures in the event of evacuation
– Answer the telephone and answer questions professionally
– Using public communication systems to make announcements
– Corporation with other team to ensure the customer get proper support
– Be professional and courteous at all times and make guests feel welcome

Job Requirement:

– University degree is preferred
– Minimum 1 years’ experience as Customer Service, Receptionist or Information Counter
– Good command of Khmer and English spoken and written in the formal workplace on daily basis
– Using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
– Highly committed, strong sense of responsibility, well organized, pro-active, honest, detailed and compliance
– Good at communication & training skill, leadership, and problem-solving skill.

– Available to work from 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm / 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm
– working location : Aeon Mall (2) Sen Sok
– Salary 230$-290$
– Working Hour: Rotate schedule base on Roster ( 6-7 day off per month)
