Job Description:

• Implement the company and the department guidelines, procedures, and instructions to achieve the company goals to ensure the smooth-running operation and administration in the own work area and function
• Perform daily routine tasks in the work area of HR and General Affairs
• Ensure safety and hygiene working environment
• Provide induction program to new employees (including company policy, company core value, vision and mission and other relevant policies or guidelines)
• Maintain Employee Records According to Policy and Legal Requirements
• Record OT and Annual Leave properly
• Facilitate the insurance claimed for employees and explain to staffs about the insurance policy
• Manage Outsourced Driver and Cleaner and ensure that they follow the company rules
• Control the company’s pool car schedule and facilitate for smooth running operation for the users
• Provide on the job training about registration procedure to the officer level.
• Anticipate to control and check-up regularly the stationary at the office and dealers, and support the other function’s facility requirement
• Consolidate requests and make proposal for purchasing products and services.
• Facilitate and coordinate with suppliers for timely product and service supply.
• Prepare and accelerate the payments for suppliers
• Maintenance company’s equipment such as air-cons, air-purifier, lighting, furniture and all the office operation
• Control monthly and yearly schedule and ensure to renew the contract before deadline
• Documentation and well arrangement all HR &GA operation
• Other tasks assigned by management.
