Job Description:

• Strictly follow all full spectrum of Collection unit/section to ensure smooth running of the section
• Implement all the company’s policies, guidelines, procedures and instructors to ensure the compliance and no risk
• Identify the key challenges during implementing work task and share to supervisor and manager to be award and take action
• Provide the effective solution to credit collection team based on previous experience
• Conduct home/office/business visit for delinquent customer daily
• Motivate/negotiate/pressure to default customer for payment
• Corporate and discuss with Local authority for any solution of default customer
• Participate repossession team to execute repossess asset back
• Participate and discuss with committee of local authority complaint
• Update result of home/office/business visit daily into system (soft 4)
• Make sure updated data/information/result of visit is correct and on time
• Perform other jobs assigned by the supervisor and manager
