Job Description:

• Handle Human Resource Planning, Recruitment, and selection:
– Conducting job analyses to establish the specific requirements of individual jobs within the school.
– Forecasting the human resource requirement the school needs to achieve its objectives.
– Developing and implementing a plan to meet the set out requirements.
– Recruiting the human resource the school requires to achieve its objectives.
– Selecting and hiring human resources to fill specific jobs within the schools.
– Design effective vacancy advertisement.

• Handle Human Resource Development:
– Orienting and training employees.
– Building effective team within the organizational structure.
– Designing systems for appraising the performance of individual employees.
– Assisting employees in developing career plans.

• Handle Compensation and Benefits:
– Designing and implementing compensation and benefit system for all employees.
– Ensuring that compensation and benefits are fair and consistent.
– Reviewing staff evaluations

• Handle Employee and Labor Relations:
– Serving as an intermediary between the school and Labor Department.
– Work with Labor Department to fulfill the criteria of Labor Law

• Handle Human Resource Research
– Providing a human resource information base
– Designing and implementing employee communication systems.

• Develop policies on issues such as:
– Working conditions policy
– Performance appraisal policy
– Grievance handling policy
– Equal opportunities policy
– Disciplinary procedures policy
– Disciplinary policy
– Absence management policy

• Work directors to create instructional manual
• Based on jobs analyses to propose, organize and conduct trainings
• Maintains human resources records by documenting contract, new employment, transfers, terminations, resignations, change in job classification and merit increase.
• File staff profile
• Maintain HR documents safe and confidential
• Perform related duties as required

Job Requirement:

– The post holder holds at least Bachelor Degree of Business Administration Management, HRM or equivalent.
– Professional experience of 3 years proven in the field of Human Resource Supervision or Management Level in any field (Education is a plus)
– Good English proficiency.
– Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
– Good communication skills.
– Methodical approach, problem solving and attention detail.
– Good computer literacy: Ms. Office, Email and internet.

1. Saturday half-day working (from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm)
