Basic Descriptions: Direct the overall operation of the Accounting Department; responsible for establishing and maintaining control systems for cash flow, payroll, regulatory obligations, financial projections, and preparing financial statements. Job Responsibilities: – Direct, supervise, and develop the Accounting Department personnel to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff. – Establish and monitor procedures for processing invoices, accounts receivables, account payable, cash handling, and related bookkeeping functions. – Backup & restore Quickbooks data – Assigning, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, Planning, monitoring, appraising & promotion – Preparing an annual budget & strategic plan – Preparing financial statement every month & year – Tax declaration – Monthly payroll arrangement by transitive and Wing submitting – Consolidate all department strategic & budget plan – Others as assigned by Managing Director. Requirements: – Bachelor degree, MBA, or CAT/ ACCA is preferred – Minimum Three years experiences in Accounting management skill – Knowledge and experience in using QuickBooks, accounting software, Advanced Excel and other Microsoft office products – Strong financial and business analytic skills – Ability to work in longer and flexible hour – Ability to communicate effectively in person or in writing with individuals and with a wide variety of organizations/ companies – Ability to lead and to contribute to the team – Honestly & hardworking
