Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee company registration, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain strong client relations, and support business growth with professional expertise.

Job Description

– Manage company registration, business licenses, and compliance with Cambodian regulations.
– Handle tax declarations, audits, and liaise with tax authorities.
– Prepare, review, and submit necessary documents to government institutions.
– Provide consulting support to clients regarding business setup and tax matters.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
– Report directly to management on project progress and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

– Male, age 30 or above (preferred).
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in company registration, taxation, and tax audit.
– Strong knowledge of Cambodian company law and tax regulations.
– Proficiency in Chinese (speaking) is required; English is a plus.
– Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
