Job Description：

• Familiar with Cambodian tax declarations and the latest local tax, financial, and accounting policies to ensure that business development complies with the requirements of tax laws and accounting policies;
• Develop and improve the company’s internal financial management systems and processes, and ensure the financial system is complete;
• Arrange and coordinate the work of this department, cooperate with business departments, and provide corresponding tax support;
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls;
• Meets accounting and financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Inspect, supervise, revise, and improve department work, guide, manage, train, and standardize the behavior of department personnel.

*** It is best to have experience working in a QIP factory because this requirement was also improved last time. Many of the customers are QIP factories and need us to provide financial operation guidelines for the relevant QIP factories.

岗位职责：
1. 熟悉柬埔寨税务申报、当地最新税务、财务和会计的相关政策，确保业务发展符合税法、会计政策的要求；
2. 制定和完善公司内部财务管理制度和流程，财务体系完善健全；
3. 安排协调本部门工作，与业务部门合作及提供相应的税务支持；
4. 合理规划企业税赋，控制税务风险，建立科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系、监督体系，进行有效的内部控制。
5. 通过预测需求、准备年度预算、安排支出、分析差异和启动纠正措施来实现会计财务目标。
6. 对部门工作检查、监督、修正、完善，对部门人员进行指导、管理、培训及规范相关人员的行为。

*** 最好有QIP工厂工作经验，因为上次也提高了，我们很多客户是QIP工厂，需要我们给相关QIP工厂的财务操作指南。

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a finance-related major, intermediate accounting title or above;
• Familiar with accounting standards, national tax regulations, and related tax and audit regulations etc.
• At least 10 years of financial work experience and more than 5 years of financial management experience;
• Familiarity with production management is preferred.
• Have good communication, expression skills, and the ability to withstand stress;
• Proficient in both Chinese and English.

3. 至少10年及以上财务工作经验，5年以上财务管理经验；
4. 熟悉生产型管理企业优先
5. 有良好的沟通、表达能力及抗压能力；
6. 中或英文熟练
