★Workplace: Suvannaphum SEZ, Kandal Province. This is a new factory project located east of Phnom Penh, NOT the existing factory in Koh Kong Province. The location is approximately 1 hour by car from central Phnom Penh and around 1.5 hours by motorbike.

Job Description:

* Manage and support manufacturing department operations.
* Supervise production activities and coordinate with related departments.
* Support productivity improvement, quality improvement, and daily factory operations.
* Communicate with Japanese and foreign managers when necessary.
* Participate in overseas training in Vietnam for approximately 6 months.
* Expected to become a future factory management candidate.

Job Requirements:

* Male or female, 30s to 40s.
* Japanese language ability around N3 level.
* At least 3 years of work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company.
* Manufacturing, production management, factory operation, or team management experience is preferred.
* Must be able to attend training in Vietnam for approximately 6 months.
