Key Responsibilities:

1. Before Posting (Strategy, Planning & Brand Alignment)

Content Strategy & Planning:
• Develop weekly social media post plans in line with marketing priorities, product launches, and brand themes.
• Use ChatGPT and internal tools to generate content ideas, captions, and post structures.
• Ensure weekly plans align with the company’s style guide and brand voice.
• Balance content across:
◦ Design & furniture showcases
◦ Behind-the-scenes and craftsmanship
◦ Brand values and storytelling
◦ Product education and features
◦ Community and collaboration highlights

Approval & Coordination:

• Share proposed weekly post plans and selected content drafts with the Co-Director prior to posting.
• Incorporate feedback and make required revisions before content goes live.
• Maintain a clear approval workflow to avoid delays.

2. During Posting (Daily Content Execution & Engagement)

Daily Posting & Scheduling:
• Post content daily across Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram according to the approved plan.
• Ensure consistent formatting, tone, and visual quality across platforms.
• Adapt captions and formats where required for each platform.

Community Management:
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across all platforms.
• Respond to enquiries and comments in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
• Escalate sales enquiries or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Comment on other people’s posts in an authentic way to generate engagement

Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all posts adhere to brand guidelines, including:
◦ Visual standards
◦ Language and tone
◦ Cultural sensitivity
• Maintain consistency even when working at high posting volume

3. Growth, Collaboration & Relationship Building

Influencer & Collaboration Outreach:
• Identify and research relevant influencers, local artists, designers, makers, and creative voices aligned with the brand.
• Initiate outreach for potential collaborations, features, or content partnerships.
• Manage ongoing relationships to support organic growth and brand visibility.

Community & Network Building:
• Engage with relevant accounts and communities to grow reach organically.
• Support collaborations that highlight craftsmanship, design, sustainability, and local culture.
• Track and report on collaboration outcomes.

4. Team Management & Oversight

• Manage and supervise social media interns or additional team members.
• Allocate tasks and review content created by junior team members.
• Ensure all team output aligns with brand standards.
• Provide guidance and feedback to improve content quality and efficiency.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Provide regular updates to the Co-Director on social media performance.
• Identify content trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Refine content strategies based on performance and feedback.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
• Experience in planning and executing daily content.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Have the Ability to design posters and handle photo/video shooting.

Desirable:
• Experience in design, interiors, furniture, or creative industries.
• Experience working with influencers or creative collaborators.
• Familiarity with content planning tools and AI-assisted content generation.
• Experience managing interns or junior team members.
