Job Description:

– Client Acquisition: Identifying potential corporate clients, business owners, or investors and reaching out to them via cold calling, messaging, or face-to-face networking.
– Product/Property Presentations: Presenting the company’s asset profiles, commercial building spaces, or service packages clearly to interested prospects.
– Relationship Management: Maintaining professional relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, upsells, or word-of-mouth referrals.
– Sales Pipeline Tracking: Using computer tools to log client information, track follow-ups, and update the sales management team on targets.
– Negotiation & Closing: Handling initial client inquiries, guiding them through pricing structures, and coordinating with management to finalize contracts.

Job Requirement:
