Job Description:- Maintain existing customers and open new accounts and distribution channels;  Handle and solve customers’ complaint and problems;  Respond to customer’s inquiries as well as quotations promptly;  Capable to meet sale commitment;  To monitor and feedback competitor’s promotional activities, new products and new initiatives to Management;  Prepare weekly report on sales;  Review market analysis and determine customers’ need;  Develop sales strategies and sales plans Assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies and execution plans.  Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.  Assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.  Assist Sales Manager in ensuring all marketing and promotional activities and assigned duties.  Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.  Assist with sales person’s questions, concerns and product/service questions.  Make sure all sales persons adhere to company policies and procedures.Requirement: -Need BA Degree related with Sale and Marketing or other equivalent degree-Need 4-5 years experience relate field-Can lead team to achieved the sale target- Can speak Khmer, English and Chinese-Fast learner and flexible-Fast solving the problem with the client-Can go to work at province is necessary.
