– Ensures that installation projects are completed within time frame and achieving company’s Quality and process standards and clients’ needs – Coordinate the work progress between installation team, Quality Foremen and T&C engineers by following internal process – Organize and follow-up local logistic issues ( Material request, deliveries, etc) – Monitors Projects to ensure that the Company’s safety regulation is met – Carry out Safety walk on a regular basis (bi-weekly.) – Ensure strong communication of site progress with the Client and Main-contractor (schedule, Material on site, claim, Variation order, etc) – Follow-up the invoicing progress to customer – Prepare and present monthly Finance reporting to Management (CCR Review) -Ensures that the projects are implemented effectively so as to achieve the profitability target and/or not to exceed the cost limit. – Monitors Project to ensure that the company’s safety regulation is met. * Requirement : – First experience in Construction or MEP business as Project Engineer – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – Has knowledge in Commercial and financial concept with technical understanding of elevator and escalator engineering – Good command of English – Good command of computer skills – First experience in Construction or MEP business as Project Engineer.
