Description: -Train new staffs and coach them to reach company standards – Manage and discuss advertising opportunities with sales & Marketing manager – Support board of directors in formulating policies and projects and policies recommendation – organizes regular staff meetings and builds an environment in which employees willingly produce maximum work – Producing marketing & promotion content and implementation – Plan & review marketing activities, results and expectations with employees on regular basis.Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or MBA graduated.-Good command of Chinese and English language (Business Level) – At least 5 years experience in sales & marketing management in a standard automobile company – Able to use computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email)
