– work closely with project manager and assist daily operation together with project manager.

– delegates tasks to the subordinates (Engineers, architects & quantity surveyor)

– liaise with contractors, consultants and local authorities.

– overseeing quality control and quality assurance of works done by contractors.

– keeping records from contractors and documenting project details update in company database.

– evaluate the progress of project and to ensure the schedule is followed steadily by contractors.

– identify mistakes in drawings or works done by contractors to minimize risk and cost over run.

– conduct research to find solutions for problems occurring at site.

Requirements:

– Male candidate with 8 years or above working experience in construction industry.

– Able to work independently, under pressure and good planning ability.

– Proficient in softwares like Autocad, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.

– Proficient in English writing and communication.

– Possesses a bachelor degree in civil engineering.
