-Work closely with finance & sales team, gain support for effective implementation of report. – To do quotation, update price list and send to sales teams. – To take note sale pipeline to follow up quotation for their accounts manage. – Update stock all kind of products is available for sale teams. – Get feedback from finance and sale team to improvement. – To study and identify the product fast moving and update to product manager. – Key in when the product arrival warehouse. – Customer service. -Inside sale to support customer – Receive, direct and reply telephone messages and fax messages – Respond to public inquiries – Direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required – Answer all coming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible – Schedule appointments – Organize conference and meeting room bookings – control inventory relevant to reception area and show room – tidy and maintain the reception area and show room – Make sure that all doors were shut at the end of working hours QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED – Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. – Strong communication with finance and sales team. – Ability to provide timely supports and deadlines. – Good English communication with written and oral. – Good inter personal skills. – Good computer skill for Microsoft word, excel and power point.
