Job Description | Job Descriptions: – Staff recruitment, retention and terminations; Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes; – Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current Cambodian labor law; – Compose staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issuing written offers of employment, promotion; – Manages payroll and other human resource activities. – Manage absences, liaise with social bodies, measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement; – Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training programs – Provide consultation to the management in relation to employee relations issues, and managing all disciplinary issues within the company. – Work closely with management on Annual Performance Management Review and Appraisal – Develop policies on Benefits administration and staff compensation; – Work with staff and management to facilitate staff development and training opportunities; – Make certain that all administrative systems and processes are highly reliable, finely tuned and well delivered with an aim toward pro-action rather than reaction; – Manage HR & Admin budget and expense, – Serve as administrative team leader, coach and advocate for administrative staff; – Other duties as necessary are assigned by management. / Job Requirements: – Cambodian Male or Female, – Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management, Management or relevant field, – Minimum five years working experiences in the field of HR Management and Administration, – Good knowledge of HR Management and Organization Administration, – Good understanding of Cambodian Labor Law, – Sound knowledge of local Administration letters, – Good command of English, and Chinese is a plus – Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail), – Strong leadership, management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation, skills |
