• Work with the Inventory Manager to determine the best stock level for each store location
• Assist the Inventory Manager with the transfer orders of inventory from one location to another
• Provide information to retail sales staff regarding stock levels and sales performance in store
• Assist the Inventory Manager with stocktaking procedures for each store and each item category
• Assist the Inventory Manager and senior staff with in store inventory management and organization of store stock; this includes basic furniture and item assembly for bigger furniture items
• Assist senior staff with product display and keeping the store clean (products, racks, general area)
• Be punctual and prepared for shifts as needed
• Other adhoc tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with prior retail shop experience or inventory back office experience is highly valued. A university degree is a plus but not a strict requirement. A basic understanding of computer systems and usage is required.

The candidate must be proactive, hardworking, polite and enthusiastic. Additional language skills will be looked upon favorably (Chinese – Korean – Japanese – French)
