JOB Description: -Greeting customers. – Be involved in stock control and management. – Assistant shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for. – Answering queries from customers. – Giving information of our products to customers. – Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers. – Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor. – Responsible dealing with customer complaints. – Keeping products tidy and clean. – Record feedback and report to supervisor
JOB Requirement: – English Speaking (Chinese is a plus). – PC skill (Excel, Word, Email). – Having a friendly and engaging personality. – Should have a confident manner. – Must be helpful and polite. – Able to work as part of a sales team. – Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
