Responsibilities: 1. – Support to province sales manager. – To take orders from province and hand over the orders to accounting team. – To make daily, weekly and monthly sales records and report to manager. – To communicate with salesmen and outlets in province. – To get market information from salesmen in province. – To send required documents to salesmen in province. – To check if any complaint from salesmen or outlets in province and report to manager. – To receive AR transferred from outlet in province (by WING etc.). – To cooperate with accounting team for sales issue. – To make any required documentation by province sales manager. 2. – Support to sales director. – To make required data with whole sales team (PP sales + Province sales) and report to sales director. – To make any required documentation by sales director.
Job Requirement:
– University degree or equivalent certificate. – Good English Communication Skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening)
– Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet-Email and Power Point). – Possess online communication skills. – Flexible dealing with different ranks of people. – Strong work ethics and responsibilities. – Good Interpersonal skills. – Willing to commit to deadlines. – Willing to learn new things
