Job Descriptions: ・Prepare regular reports to oversea’s accounting department (Hong Kong) ・Supporting overseas’s accounting department (Hong Kong) ・Prepare documents to auditors on a monthly basis ・Implement the company’s general ledger system, whether automated or manual. ・Bookkeeping for purchase and sales invoices, bank reconciliations ・Keep track and journalize all moneys that come in and come out of the company and report in the form of cash flow statements daily. ・Keep track of expenses and income or money return from suppliers or customers. ・Maintain a record of corporate assets and liabilities as well as merchandising inventories to allow for an accurate balance sheet statement every period. ・Control petty cash ・Prepare cash or cheque payments to suppliers/vendors/local staffs. ・Process employee payroll, prepare payslip and cash to the employee, etc………………………………………………………………………………………… / Job requirements: ・Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline ・At least 5 years relevant experience. Experience of working in factory is an advantage. ・Strong Excel Skills and good PC knowledge in MS words, knowledge in accouting system is an advantage. ・Knowledgeable with Cambodia tax regulations and labour law ・Good command of written and spoken Mandarin (including chinese typing), conversational English ・Proactive, able to work independently and dealing with oversea’s staffs. ・Honest, meticulous, responsible, well-organized, self-motivated, good working attitude and follow up skill ・Must stay in factory and live in factory dormitory from Monday to Friday (Kompong Speu) ・Immediately available preferred, Female is preferable
