Job Description: -Survey its territories sale performance-Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly-Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales plan-Follow up and communicate with our client to coordinate sale processing-Assign sales territory to sales representatives-Check daily report of sale executive-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goal-Delivery sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives-Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals-Prepare regular sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion-Recommend or approves sales budget and expenditures-Join seminar and conferences to extends sale knowledge and professional skill………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………Requirement: -Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales and Marketing or related fields-Up 2 years’ experience in related sales and marketing management-Excellence communication, leadership and problem solving skills-Listening, selling, presentation, analytical, interpersonal,interviewing, negotiation and management skill-Computer proficiency in Work, Excel, Outlook and Power Points-Good Command of verbal and written English-Smart-Working, honest, initiative, flexible, and be able to work under pressure-Commitment and being creative person.
