Responsibilities: – Construction Plan. – Method Statement of the project. – Planning and scheduling. – Resource Planning. -Preparing Contract of Project. – Review tendering documents. – Involve in tender submission. – Drawing and document checking. – Control BOQ. – Do budget plan. – Materials and sub-con selection. Qualifications and Skills Required: – Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. – 7 years’ experience. – Experience in Tender processes and preparation for project management and/or architectural/engineering design consulting and/or construction. – Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes and bills of quantities. – Flexible, team worker, good communication and reporting skills. – Advance negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate payments and change orders with Clients or Consultant. – Excellent written and spoken English. – Excellent on Computer (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook and internet);. – Hard-working, honest, initiative, flexible, and be able to work under pressure. – Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. – Being good interpersonal, Communication. – Being highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and deadline. – Ability to cope with pressure and change. – Being able to travel to sites/provinces/overseas and to work at provinces for long term.
