Job Description: -Making roster for staffs-Check staff performance and attendance-Making job announcement and posting in the website-Prepare scheduled for meeting-Improve the operation system process, policy and whole company-Set up sale target-Provide strategies to hit sale target-Control and lead sale team to achieved target-Recruitment process-Solving all the problem with the customer-Making PO from supplier and check PO for all showrooms and store-Making monthly inventory with QB POS-Decoration as stand display in showroom-Making showroom system and set up QuickBooks POS for the showroom and make template for new items-Responsible for marketing and advertising. ………………………………………………………………………………………Requirement: -Graduated BA Degree related with Management or equivalent degree- Need 4 years experience related field-Good management and leadership-Fast solving the problem and flexible-Hard working and can work under pressure.
