Job Description | Job Description: Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions-Maintains organization staff establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interview, recommending changes-Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conduction orientation and training programs-Maintains management guidelines by prepare, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establish personal networks, participating in professional societies-Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. -Oversee talent management-To ensure payroll release on time-Other tasks will assign by GM/Country Director. ————————————————————————————————————-Requirement: -Female/Male from 30 years old-Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point-Fluently in English, listening speaking, reading and writing-Good communication and negotiation-Service orientation-Well job organized and achievement-Responsibility-Willing to work under high pressure-Resilience: ability to work under pressure and manage personal effectiveness in face of challenge. Demonstrates an approach to work that is characterized by commitment, energy and motivation-Teamwork: able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse and multi-cultural workforce in a variety of locations, working cooperatively with others-The ability to build and contribute to a team as well as work independently within a given framework-Communication: strong communication, influencing and presentation skills both verbal and written. |
