Job Description | Job Description: -Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options-Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements-Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors0Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information-Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state of the art practices, participating in professional societies-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed-Continue to keep periodic relationship with customer-Try to develop the scope of services-Keep constant feedback and good communication with customer, with pro-active attitude-Pay attention to the transfer period following award of a contract with a new customer, together with operation team-Define client needs and convert them into service requirements and solutions-Assess interest of prospect leads compared to priorities of the sale strategy-Conduct surveys together with concerned operation team and follow up proposal preparation ————————————————————————————————–Requirement:-Female/ Male from 23 years old-Proficiency in MS Office-Fluently in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing-Solid experience in sales, working experience at prospecting projects oriented on technical asset management/ Total Facilities management is preferable -Good communication and negotiation-Service orientation-Well job organized and achievement-Aggressive and proactive, good looking person-Enthusiasm, passion, responsibility-Willing to work under high pressure-Achieving results: results driven, able to make sound judgments over competing priorities, use initiative and actively assess the course of action to set and accomplish targets-Analytical Thinking: able to simplify complex probes, processes or projects into component parts and explore and evaluate them systematically-Flexibility: adapts easily to change and responds flexibly to a changing and evolving environment, provides momentum when driving change and involves others when building plans for change-Resilience: ability to work under pressure and manage personal effectiveness in face of challenge. Demonstrates and approach to work that is characterized by commitment, energy and motivation-Teamwork: able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse and multi-Cultural workforce in a variety of locations, working cooperatively with others-Communication Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills both verbal and written.
