• Proven work experience as an Outlet Manager, F&B manager, Restaurant manager, Chef or similar position with the ability to oversee and manage a team of 10-15 staff
• Able to manage a large range of F&B retail products (150 sku)
• Demonstrated experience in customer service management
• A distinct passion for food and wine with the desire to improve one’s knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Khmer language would be appreciated
• Computer savvy in MSW, MS Excel, MS PP and familiar with POS operations
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute Financial management skills
• Culinary/Hotel school experience or Post education degree
