Responsibilities: – Develop and manage corporate domestic and international transportation and logistics programs and strategies to support company needs, growth strategies, and to control total freight spend, on-time delivery, and delivery quality. – Responsible for sourcing domestic and international logistic providers including qualifications, price, selection and on-going management. – Establish and maintain provider performance metrics. – Negotiate rates and business terms with logistic providers to maximize efficiency, on-time delivery, and minimize cost. – Responsible for the compliance with all import/export, trade and transportation regulatory requirements. – Manage internal logistics department personnel, including daily activities associated with domestic and international transportation, shipment tracking, warehouse and receiving activity, freight claims, cost controls, on-time delivery and communication. – Communicate with and train purchasing, shipping and customer service department personnel regarding domestic and international logistics programs and to address any shipping issues. – Responsible for the coordination of transfers and stock trucks for all locations in cooperation with the Inventory Control department……………………………………………………………………… / Job Requirements: – Bachelor Degree related to position. – Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. – Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. – Self-motivated, strong commitment and hard working. – Working experience from 3-5 years in logistics and clearance. – Excellent computer skills. – Exceptional writing and speaking skills in English language Good communication skills in both.
