The main roles of the position will be responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of specific projects and head office to ensure construction and management in accordance with the established minimum standards then to control and audit the company every years to conserve ISO certification……………………………………………………….. / Responsibilities: – Under direct supervision of CEO office, its first mission will be to certify the company ISO 9001 in 2017. – To start and manage the ISO certification process. – Coordinated to the external consultant and internal staff, it conceive the forms and administrative documents which will be necessary to apply the ISO standard. – Train the staff to apply ISO management process. – As independent manager to drive its planning & organize necessary meetings for the success of its mission. – The preparation of the companies QA/QC manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions . -Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation. – Monitor all quality related activities on the project. – Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management. – Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. – Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders. – Attend client quality management meetings. – Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation………………………………………………………………………. / Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in QA/QC, occupational health or a related field, Master Degree is a plus. – More than 5 years’ experience in a construction or similar industry and at least one year in health and safety working – To have working in ISO environment. – It is a great advantage if he or she have previously collaborated in ISO certification development within a company. – Good command of both spoken and written English. – Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. – Strong interpersonal, supervisory, problem solving skills, and Ability Building Skill of team. – Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. – Being highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and deadline. – Proficiency in Microsoft office application. – Have an analytical mind and knowledge about the work flow of Construction Company. – Possess hands on implementing ISO 9001 quality management system. – Able to interact with staff at all levels. – Able to lead and motivate staff to meet defined goals. – Capacity to train and coach the staff. – Quality control management. – Being able to travel to sites/provinces.
