1. Find out strategies for develop policies, guidelines, and other instructions related to operation.
2. Lead and manage the overall operations department including loan disbursement planning, collection and strategies to reach the profitability.
3. Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of disbursement plan and making sure that reach the target plan.
4. Managing, controlling, coaching and evaluating the staff, in order to give necessary support and guide the employee towards optimum performance.
5. Cooperating with other departments such as marketing, and product development in order to succeed in working out daily operations of the region.
6. Be proactive in defining the strategy and translating it into a definite operations strategy and objectives with operation team.
7. Work with finance department to ensure the repayment is well collected and maintain good quality of loan portfolio performance and management report in an effective and efficient manner.
8. Participate in HR Department in staff recruitment and keep track on staff development to ensure the proper training; coaching and mentoring that all staff are professional; high commitment and working in harmonized environment.
9. Ensure the credit policy, guideline and procedures are well implemented and maintained with quality and strongly adhered by staff within department.
10. Reviews and approves loans according to assigned authority.
11. Coordinate in reviewing, developing and recommending operation administration systems and procedures.
12. Recommends operation staffing pattern, recruitment and personnel movement as to ensure that only the best people are being selected.
13. Monitor and encourage staff performance on a regular basis.
14. Build and maintain the public relations and well as client relationships.
15. Regularly report both in written and verbal about Operation report to the CEO (Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly).

– At least BBA in management, finance and banking, Accounting, auditing and Economics, MBA is an asset,
– Min 04 years experiences in microfinance or banking operations along with at least 02 years managerial level,
– Honesty; initiative; creativity; flexibility; commitment and good inter-personal skills,
– Good working knowledge of computer (Ms. Office & Internet),
– Ability to effectively communicate in English.
– Comprehensive English communication skills (to the top management)
– Problem solving and decision making skills.
– Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/banking rules and regulations,
– Knowledge of risk management framework and regulatory reporting.
