DESCRIPTION: As the most visible customer-facing representatives of the hospital, receptionist must possess superior interpersonal skills in both English and Khmer and must be able to function highly in a fast-paced team environment. Receptionists must consistently present a cheerful, professional profile to all visitors during normal business hours and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including answering the telephone, scheduling and follow-up, dealing with patients face to face and handling questions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  To assure that during the working day, the reception is always occupied and that
during lunch break the answering phone service is operational.
 To receive guest and introduce them to the Doctor they intend to meet.
 To arrange schedule for Doctor
 Perform other duties as and when assigned by the director.
 To transfer job to the staff in charge in case of absence.
 Account Control
• Collect Money
• Manage Money

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor degree
 Good communication skill
 Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer. Can speak Chinese is advantage
 Computer Word & Excel, Photoshop
 Excellent team working spirit
