Job Description: Process all payments-Control all payments ( both petty cash and cash in bank)-Play role in bank operations-Collector all backs statement from all banks-Prepare report all cash (cash in bank and petty cash) to chief Accounts-Control cash advance on book – Post data in Excell and system-Prepare all documents ( Petty cash and cash in back)-Double check on clear advance when other team pass to clear-Control customer payment when account receivable officer collect from customers already-Pass back slip of customer payment to account receivable officer-Perform other assigned tasks as needed—————————————————————————————————Requirement: – Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance-Min 1 year relevant experience in accounting particularly in Distribution company is preferred-Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel-Able to work independently and highly meticulous-Working experience in Accounting systems is highly regarded-Good communication and command of English-Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things-Ability to work under pressure-High commitment and willing to take challenges and be able to work out of the office-Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities-Be committed to company’s vision and mission by completing related results as needed.
