Job Description: -Set up sale target of each outlet to ensure profitable end of the year-Ensure good business relations with all customers/prospects-Recruitment and selection qualify candidate to working-Make good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preservice a good company image-Development and maintenance of all department control procedures-Handle all inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day-Supervision of daily paper flow including proposals and function contracts-Attendance and participation at weekly meeting and department head meeting -Supervision of monthly inventory-Development and follow up staff training-Coach and develop in the achievement of company standards and their personal development plans-Conduct store audit every month-Ensure good business relations with all customers/prospects-Make good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserving a good company image.———————————————Requirement: -Graduate BA Degree concerning Management or business administration if MBA is advantage-Good leadership and management skill-Has the good manner and behavior person-Need who can work under high pressure.
