o Sales monthly analysis and develop proper action plans according to that result

o Shop observation (not only our shop but also our competitor)
o Consider shop improvement idea with shop staff. Take a PDCA cycle
o Other strategy like promotion (internal/external), price should be consider and implement properly

o Income audit
o Shop staff control shift
o Inventory control at retails shop

o Solve, share and report for any serious complains/feedback to sales and production team
o Answering to client’s inquires
o To develop partial sales and marketing departing policy and procedure
o Attend with bill collector to collect cash from retails shop if amount over $2000 and assist him/her if needed
o Perform others task by management team and JPN HQ

• At least 2 years working experiences in ANY filed
