Job Description: -Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance-Help identify a mechanical problem b questioning the customers or doing a visual inspection or road test-Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs-Prepare repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service-Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order to help the mechanic locate the problem-Explain the work performed and the charges to the customers-Handle customer’s complaints-Follow up customer for satisfaction-The position will report to after Sales Manager-2 years experiences up of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience as you mentor and teach teammates while discussing problems with customers-You will also need strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy-Must have a valid Driver’s license-Pre-employment drug test/physical/background check will help assure we build team of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs-Able to work under pressure.
