– Main Responsibility: – Advise customers about the necessary services for routine maintenance. – Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customers or doing a visual inspection or road test. – Confer with customers about the inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs. – Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for services. – Write a brief description of the problem. – Explain the work performed and the charges to the customers. – Handle for customer complaints. – Follow up the customers for satisfaction. – Reports to After Sales Manager………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Skills and Requirement: – Special Requirements: – 2+ year of automotive mechanical diagnosis, Problem-solving, and repair experience as a mentor and tech teammates while discussing problems with customers. – You will also need strong leadership skills and a customer- focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation ad energy. – 5 ASE Certifications are preferred. – Must have a valid’s Licenses.
