Job Description: Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information from various channel partners-Identifies product improvements or initiates new product development based on feedback collected from the channel and end – customers-Studies competitive landscape and update the management on their activities periodically-Established productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts-Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations-Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts-Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship-Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis – Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources-Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence t channel rules of engagement-Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel-Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements-Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners-Proactively recruits new qualifying partners-Manage team of field officers for dealer/ end-user sales in provinces-Manage dealer relationships throughout team of sales/ field officers————————————————————————————————————————————————————–Requirement: Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence, energy level, Negotiation, prospection skills, meeting sales goals, creatively, sales planning, independence , motivation for sales-Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of work , excel, outlook and power point ( skills may be tested at the interview)-Good sense of verbal and written Khmer and English communication skills-Candidates who can converse in CHiense would have an added advantage-Seld-Driven and self-motivation, extensive travel to provinces, valid driving license is essential-Past experience in heavy equipment products would be an advantage-Graduate/ BA in any stream with English as the formal language- 5 years experience in Agri-equipment and generator sales in Cambodia along with showroom/ dealer arrangement experience-Making report to GM.
