Job Description: – Receive and store and issue goods-Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock-Maintain stock records (in-out)using manual or computerized systems-To prepare inventories-Be responsible for and check supply invoices against purchase orders-Tro track and control product ordering and receive ing to manage stocks, wastage and variance-To track and control product ordering and receiving to manage stocks, wastage and variance-To prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location-To communicate effectively with the outlets team, BM, AOM, CK and suppliers-To assist Stock Controller/ Supervisor in month end stocktaking-Other duty will be assigned by top management——————————————————————————————————Requirements: BA in accounting or management field-Minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience in controlling stock-Excellent in stock controlling skills-Good communication skill-Proactive and have a good problem solving skill-Having a good proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel etc–Good command in English both spoken and written-Interest in the job-Enthusiasm-Positive attitude-Honest and trustworthy.
