RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and regularly visit Kubota dealers to make sure that company’s POS running smoothly
• Train Kubota dealers’ staffs about company’s lease products and procedures
• Facilitate Kubota dealers in processing lease applications from customers
• Follow up and communicate about the status of each customer’s application to Kubota dealers on timely basis to ensure that the result of customers’ application is informed and Kubota machine is delivered to customers within company’s processing time committed to customers
• Ensure that Kubota dealers/POS are compliant to company’s policies and procedures
• Promote and build up company’s image to all customers and public
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities with Kubota dealers at company’s POS
• Build good relationship with owners of Kubota dealer
• Follow up outstanding installments and facilitate Kubota dealers in collecting installments from customers by due date
• Ensure that daily installments collected from customers are transferred by Kubota dealers to the company as per the company’s schedule
• Follow up and handle all issues of customers’ defaults and/or repossession process with consultation and facilitation from Kubota dealers
• Produce daily reports on daily applications and status, daily outstanding installment aging, daily collection, customers’ default and repossession, and other reports as requested by Operation Manager
• Any other jobs assigned by Operation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS: • Age between 21 to 35
• At least bachelor of business administration (BBA) or equivalent
• Knowledge of computer applications (Word and Excel ;Power point)
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and verbal communications
• At least 2 year experience in sales of agricultural machinery or work experience in operation department of banks, MFIs or similar financial institutions is most preferable
• Ability to produce neat and precise reports and presentation skill
• Willing to travel and stay in the provinces for a period of time
• Good health and considerably physical ability
• Honest, rigor, proactive and friendly
• Good interpersonal skill
• High commitment and willing to work under pressure to commit the deadline
• Willing to work for 3 months as probation period
