Job Description: -This position responsible for purchasing all items mostly with oversea supplier-Control and update stock and inventory-Maintaining communication resource files-Updating stock and inventory-Follow up the sales process and keep in touch with the sale manager-Monitoring project including time schedule, financial constraints and quality specifications-Identify, control and develop purchasing processes and practices, to ensure the best value for expenditure on products-Preparing the specifications and making the purchase order-Asking the approval from the director and the chairman-Double check carefully to specifications that we have ordered before and after the purchase order-Coordinate and manage all purchasing activities assigned by manager-Making the budget, ensuring the safety at the work place and sale management-Able to work independent-Perform other duties as assigned by top management—————————————————————————————————–Requirement: -Bachelor degree of related filed-At least 2 or 3 years experience in purchasing-English fluently-Good in negotiation skill and communication skill-Have knowledge about spare parts-High motivate person-Business awareness and commercial focus-Strong interpersonal skills-Knowledge of automotive trading-Be honest and responsible towards the job-Positive attitude, and critical thinking-English language proficiency-Able to work under pressure
