【Technical Assistant】
1.Support JICA Japanese experts in all implementation process of project activities(Activity planning, implementation,monitoring,
evaluation and reporting)in Kampong Cham sub office under supervision of JICA experts.
2.Coordinate and communicate with Cambodian-side atakeholders and JICA experts to have activity smoothly
3.Interpret in Khmer-English in cconference/meetings, visitors, when necessary
4.Support JICA Japanese experts to collect information and communicate outside agencies on the Project activities
5.Support and arranging logistics for conference/meetings, visitors and other administrative matters
6.Delegate the responsibility of Japanese JICA experts in terms of communication with outside agencies and office matters
except financial issues during the absence of JICA Jpanese experts from Kampong Cham sub-office
【Requirements】
/MUST/working experience in health secter or degree(medicine, nursing, midwifery, public health)
1.English proficiency
2.working experience in the fild of maternal and cild health would be and child health would be an asset
3.Experience of capacity development in the area of maternal and child health in collaboration with Provincial Health Department,
Provinicial/OD hospitals and health center staffs would be an asset.
4.Experience of administrative work (reporting, accounting,office management etc)would be an asset
5.Good animation and facilitation skills
6.PC skill(MIicrosoft Office applications)
7.working experience in international organization would be an asset
/sometimes has business trip to Phnom penh, Svay Rieng/ this project is May 2016 to May 2021(5years).bases on matual agreement of the project and the employee with satisfactory working performance, yearly update on employment contract till May 2021 is possible
