| Salary | 350 - 400 The salary depend on commision !follow the below rule. The salary for every month shall be the total amount of: a) Basic Salary ＋ b) Commission ＋ c) Overtime allowance a) Basic Salary From entering the company until the 90th day, basic salary is 120USD/month (including training period) After the 91st day of employment, the minimum is from 150USD~/month (depending on each individual’s skills and contribution to the company) (After this, the basic salary increases 10USD/month every 1 year. But upper limit of the basic salary is 200USD/month.) ◆After One Year Plus probation day and pass the Boss interview and Test will be up position. (Responsible Person) ⇒Assistant (50＄) Make shift, Make staffs bank account, Staff Grooming ,Check room, (Responsible Person) ⇒Leader (100＄) Check expense, Check Attitude, Check Service, Control Staff ⇒Shop Manager (150＄) ⇒Accountant (200＄) Make tax, Control Patent about low etc ⇒Operation Manager (200＄) Check SiemReap shop and Phnom Penh shop. b) Commission（After the trial period） Dayly Total Sales / Sales per customer / Herbal Ball Ratio / Sales of Products （Explain by another documents） c) Overtime allowance If the receptionist’ work hours surpass normal working hours by demand from the company, the therapists will be paid an overtime allowance of 1USD/hour. d) Rewards Full attendance reward：10 USD per month |
