[Job Description]: Responsibilities: – Prepare shop drawing for submission and re-submission (Plumbing, Fire Fighting System drawing). – Select and prepare some material for submission. – Contact with the supplier to request some quotation and technical documents. -Take off BOQ of firefighting and plumbing system (sprinkler head, pipe, sanitary fixture unit…). – Prepared information regarding design, structure specification, material, color, equipment, estimated cost and construction time. – Consult with the Consultant to determine function and spatial requirement of Architecture/structure/MEP. – Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents. – Plan layout of the project. – Prepared scale drawings. – Collaborating with the supervisor in preparing the technical report and installation on site. Qualifications and Skills Required: – Bachelor Degree Architecture/Engineering or related field. – Good communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to cope with pressure and change. – 1-3 years’ experience. – Being able to work in the team and good time management. – Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. – Being good interpersonal, Communication. – Being highly responsible for work completion of accuracy and deadline. – Being able to travel to sites/provinces/overseas and to work at provinces for the long term.

Note: Can use Auto Cad 2D and 3D, design the structural, making the quotation, meeting with the client, discuss with the team to design the product of the customer.
